AI Automation & Software Developer (Junior)

1. Rapid AI-Driven Application Development

• Take ownership of designing, building, and launching internal applications using "vibe coding" methodologies, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude).

• Deliver "quick wins" by rapidly turning business concepts into functional prototypes within days.

• Review and debug AI-generated code to ensure stability, prevent security vulnerabilities, and minimize technical debt.

2. Business Process Automation & API Integration

• Identify and automate repetitive workflows across various departments using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.

• Seamlessly connect modern AI tools and platforms with legacy enterprise systems via API integrations.

• Build robust error-handling mechanisms to manage edge cases and ensure continuous, stable automated operations.

3. Global Collaboration & Cross-Company Scaling

• Collaborate directly with international teams within the global Angst-Pfister Group to capture real-world requirements.

• Design modular, scalable applications that can be easily adapted and deployed across multiple subsidiaries.

• Translate complex technical constraints into clear, actionable insights for non-technical business stakeholders.

4. Technology Exploration & R&D

• Actively research emerging AI models, software frameworks, and prompt engineering techniques.

• Filter through tech "hype" to build Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) that deliver measurable, real-world business value.

• Maintain a continuous learning mindset, proactively proposing innovative ideas to solve complex operational challenges.

1. Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. OR self-taught/bootcamp graduates are highly welcomed if backed by an exceptional portfolio.

• Experience: Fresh graduates to 1+ years of experience. A strong hands-on mindset and problem-solving ability are valued over corporate tenure.

2. Tech & AI Skills

• AI & "Vibe Coding": Proficient in Prompt Engineering and modern AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate development and ensure code quality.

• Core Programming: Solid practical ability to write clean code and scripts using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and basic SQL.

• API & Integration: Clear understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML) to connect separate software systems.

• Low-Code/No-Code: Familiar with rapid application development platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Microsoft Power Platform).

• Systems & Logic: Basic knowledge of Git (GitHub/GitLab), debugging techniques, and the analytical ability to translate complex business workflows into logical, automatable steps.
