The Assistant Logistics Solution & Digital Logistics IT Manager acts as a strategic bridge between technology and business functions within the third-party logistics (3PL) sector in Vietnam. This role is responsible for managing IT and digital initiatives alignment with operational and commercial objectives, driving digital transformation, enhancing data integration, and supporting innovation to improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities& KPIs:
1.Act as the primary IT liaison in Vietnam, responsible for aligning local business needs with company strategies and ensuring the effective implementation of logistics solution and technology solutions that support logistics and operational excellence.
2.Lead the deployment of advanced digital logistics solutions and manage IT-related projects to optimize distribution and 3PL operations in Vietnam. This role requires strong expertise in project management, system integration, and logistics consulting to ensure successful digital transformation.
3.Oversee the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of key systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) in Vietnam, while ensuring compliance with company policies, IT standards, and local regulatory requirements.
4. Act as a trusted advisor to local business leaders and operations teams.
5. Understand business needs and translate them into IT strategies, solutions, or system enhancements.
6. Prioritize IT projects based on business impact, feasibility, and resource availability.
7. Serve as the single point of contact for IT matters in Vietnam.
8. Facilitate user training and promote technology adoption.
9. Communicate project timelines, changes, and support issues clearly to stakeholders.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, IT security standards, and regulatory requirements.
11. Coordinate audits or reviews related to IT infrastructure and systems.
