Back-end Developer (.NET Core/C#) | Middle & Senior

TripOTA is looking for passionate Back-end Developers to join our engineering team and build scalable systems for the travel & hospitality industry. You will work on high-traffic platforms, API integrations, booking systems, and modern microservices architecture serving both domestic and international partners.

• Develop and maintain backend systems using C# and .NET Core
• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and Web Services
• Integrate with third-party systems such as airlines, hotel platforms, payment gateways, and travel partners
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to ensure performance and scalability
• Participate in microservices architecture development and system optimization
• Collaborate closely with Front-end Developers, QA, Product, and DevOps teams
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system stability for high-traffic environments
• Research and apply new technologies, AI tools, and DevOps practices to improve development efficiency
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development process

I. MIDDLE LEVEL 

• 3+ years of experience in Backend Development using C#/.NET Core
• Experience building REST APIs/Web APIs
• Good understanding of SQL Server/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiar with Microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD tools
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Redis, MongoDB, ElasticSearch
• Experience in high-traffic or real-time systems
• Knowledge of travel-tech, booking systems, or payment integrations

II. SENIOR LEVEL

• 5+ years of Backend Development experience using .NET Core/C#
• Strong experience in designing scalable Microservices architecture
• Experience handling high-performance/high-traffic systems
• Solid knowledge of system design, performance tuning, and security
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and DevOps workflows
• Experience working with Big Data or real-time processing systems
• Ability to mentor team members and provide technical guidance
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Ability to drive technical solutions and architecture decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience in travel-tech or OTA systems
• AI-assisted development experience
