- Research and coordinate with departments to design and develop documents describing the company's products;
- Propose improvements to the company's technology products;
- Create and manage document systems (such as system requirement specification, feature list, use case list, use case detail, general business rules, wireframe...);
- Create mock-ups for products, act as a bridge between the development department and the operations department;
- Able to support on testing of applications as a tester;
