- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across the retail and distribution ecosystem
- Proactively approach brands, distributors, retail chains, and wholesalers
- Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
2. Consultative & Solution Selling
- Work closely with clients to understand operational challenges and business objectives
- Present, demo, and consult on NDS’s technology and AI-powered solutions (Ordering, Visibility, Delivery, Data-driven insights, Loyalty, Rewards, etc.)
- Translate product capabilities into clear business value and ROI
- Collaborate with leadership and Product teams to craft tailored proposals
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize go-to-market execution
- Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and strategy
4. Performance & Reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
- Report sales performance and market insights to CEO/BOD
