We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Systems & ERP Analyst to support the company’s digital transformation initiatives and upcoming Odoo ERP implementation.
This role will work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Marketing, Finance, and Management teams to improve internal workflows, support data visibility, and coordinate ERP system optimization across departments.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, business process understanding, and technology adaptability to help bridge operational needs with scalable system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
ERP & System Coordination
● Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Odoo ERP system across business functions.
● Coordinate with external ERP vendors/partners to gather business requirements and support system customization.
● Assist in testing, validating, and documenting ERP workflows and system enhancements.
● Support user onboarding, training, and adoption of internal systems.
Business Process & Operations Analysis
● Analyze current business health and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
● Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting accuracy, operational visibility, and workflow efficiency.
Data Analytics & Reporting
● Develop reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
● Track operational KPIs related to sales, inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, and business performance.
● Support data cleaning, reporting automation, and ad-hoc business analysis using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Act as a bridge between business users, management, and technical vendors.
● Work closely with multiple departments to understand operational challenges and propose scalable solutions.
● Support digital transformation and system improvement initiatives across the organization.
