- Analyze operational data from ERP/MES/DMS and other systems to proactively identify compliance risks, fraud signals and abnormal transactions.
- Build and operate data analytics & red-flag scenarios across Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.
- Apply forensic data analytics techniques such as Benford’s Law, duplicate transaction detection, abnormal rounding, trend analysis and cross-system reconciliation.
- Cross-check system data with inventory, CCTV, GPS, attendance and DMS data to identify discrepancies and suspicious activities.
- Conduct or support fraud investigations, including digital evidence collection, verification and investigation reporting.
- Recommend preventive controls, process improvements and access-control enhancements based on identified risks.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, IT, MIS, Data Analytics, Security/Investigation or related fields.
- 3–5+ years of experience in fraud investigation, internal audit, compliance control or forensic data analytics.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP/MES/DMS data, preferably in an FMCG/manufacturing environment.
- Strong skills in SQL, Advanced Excel and Power BI; experience handling large datasets is a plus.
- Strong understanding of fraud detection techniques and business processes across Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, SCM and Finance.
- Good understanding of labor regulations and internal disciplinary procedures.
- Strong analytical thinking, integrity, objectivity and the ability to handle highly sensitive information.
- Good communication and investigation/interviewing skills.
- Willing to travel to MCH factories/sites when required.
