Job Description

- Thiết kế kiến trúc hạ tầng hệ thống end-to-end (compute, lưu trữ, ảo hóa, hệ điều hành, sao lưu, DR, cloud).
- Rà soát và đánh giá kiến trúc hạ tầng hiện hữu; xác định các khoảng trống, rủi ro và điểm kém hiệu quả; đề xuất phương án tối ưu, khắc phục hoặc nâng cấp.
- Xây dựng các nguyên tắc kiến trúc, tiêu chuẩn và kiến trúc tham chiếu; thực hiện thẩm định kiến trúc cho các dự án CNTT.
- Dẫn dắt kiến trúc kỹ thuật cho các triển khai, di chuyển (migration) và nâng cấp hạ tầng quy mô lớn.
- Đánh giá năng lực, khả năng chịu lỗi (HA/DR), bảo mật theo thiết kế (security-by-design) và rủi ro vận hành; đề xuất biện pháp giảm thiểu.
- Đánh giá các công nghệ mới (cloud, container, tự động hóa) và xây dựng lộ trình hạ tầng trung và dài hạn.
- Cung cấp quản trị kỹ thuật và tư vấn chuyên môn cho các nhóm Hạ tầng, DevOps và Ứng dụng.
- Rà soát và đánh giá kiến trúc hạ tầng hiện có; xác định khoảng trống, rủi ro và điểm chưa hiệu quả; đề xuất phương án tối ưu, khắc phục hoặc nâng cấp.

Job Requirement

- Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 7 năm trong lĩnh vực hạ tầng CNTT; ít nhất 3 năm ở vai trò Architect/Technical Lead.
- Kỹ thuật: VMware vSphere/vSAN/HCI; Linux (RHEL) & Windows Server; SAN/NAS; Backup/DR; Azure/AWS (mức kiến trúc).
- Kiến thức: ITIL, HA/DR, nguyên tắc bảo mật, lập kế hoạch năng lực (capacity planning).
- Kỹ năng mềm: Tư duy kiến trúc tốt, giao tiếp với các bên liên quan, năng lực lãnh đạo kỹ thuật.
