- Lập và theo dõi tình trạng các hợp đồng kinh doanh của bộ phận CNTT.
- Thực hiện báo cáo CNTT hằng ngày/hằng tuần cho các phòng ban liên quan trong công ty.
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh hằng năm.
- Quản lý tài liệu CNTT và tài sản CNTT (bản quyền phần mềm, thiết bị phần cứng…).
- Chuẩn bị chứng từ thanh toán (lập báo cáo, kiểm tra và đối soát hóa đơn CNTT theo tháng và năm).
- Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính CNTT như: gửi yêu cầu họp, chuẩn bị phòng họp, thiết bị trình chiếu, ghi biên bản họp.
- Theo dõi và giám sát ngân sách CNTT.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý.
- Hiểu biết tốt về các loại hợp đồng khác nhau.
- Có kiến thức cơ bản tốt về lĩnh vực CNTT.
- Thành thạo MOS, đặc biệt là Excel; có khả năng lập báo cáo trên PowerPoint.
- Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian tốt.
- Có kiến thức/kỹ năng kế toán cơ bản (part-qualified accountant).
- Khả năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Kỹ năng hành chính tốt (quản lý lịch làm việc, lưu trữ hồ sơ, sắp xếp cuộc họp, soạn thảo biên bản/chương trình họp…).
- Tiếng Anh: thành thạo trong môi trường kinh doanh.
