Background

We are looking for an experienced CRM database admin and sales operations specialist to assist the sales team with CRM management, reporting and data administration.

The role will take over day to day BAU management of HubSpot, while also supporting the sales team with general CRM and sales administration. This role requires someone who has actively built and managed CRM systems, not simply used them for marketing campaigns.

The role will work closely with a foreign leadership team. Please submit CV in English.

Job Requirement

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer the HubSpot CRM platform
  • Support the sales team with pipeline updates, deal tracking and CRM usage
  • Maintain contact and company data quality
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Manage lists, workflows, templates and CRM automation
  • Assist with email campaigns and marketing lists
  • Support directors with sales administration and CRM activity
  • Ensure HubSpot reflects accurate sales pipeline and customer data
  • Build and maintain structured contact databases for sales and marketing use
  • Import, organise and clean data from multiple sources to maintain a high-quality CRM database

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong practical experience building and maintaining HubSpot
  • Experience managing CRM data, workflows, lists and pipelines
  • Experience producing CRM reports and dashboards
  • Experience supporting sales teams with CRM systems
  • Strong data management and database administration skills
  • Ability to generate structured contact databases and maintain high quality CRM data
  • Experience supporting overseas or internationally based businesses
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with international teams using phone and Microsoft Teams

Highly desirable:

  • 8+ years CRM or sales operations experience
  • Experience involved in a HubSpot implementation or major CRM rollout
  • Experience supporting B2B sales organisations
  • Experience working with international teams across different time zones

Additional Experience Criteria

Candidates should ideally have experience working with:

  • HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub environments
  • CRM systems with multiple users and structured sales pipelines
  • CRM databases containing several thousand contacts or more

Candidate Verification Requirement

Candidates should be prepared during the interview to demonstrate their HubSpot experience by sharing screen examples of workflows, dashboards, reports or CRM structures they have built or managed.
