Customer & Product Analytics Executive

1) Data Engineering & ETL Development

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to collect, transform, and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Build and optimize data pipelines to support product analytics, customer insights, and business reporting.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across data platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure stable operations.

2) Product & Customer Analytics

• Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and portfolio performance to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Support Product teams in evaluating product performance, customer engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Develop analytical models and reports to support product optimization and business growth initiatives.
• Generate actionable insights to improve customer experience and product effectiveness.

3) Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Build and maintain business dashboards and management reports.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Support stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and data extraction requests.
• Continuously improve reporting frameworks and data visualization standards.

4) Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Business, Risk, Technology, Data Governance, and Operations teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Support data-related initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven decision-making capabilities within the Product function.

5) Data Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and internal data management policies.
• Participate in data quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance data efficiency.
• Support the implementation of new data technologies and analytics

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, MIS Reporting, or related functions.
• Experience in Banking, Consumer Finance, Fintech, E-commerce, or Digital Business environments is preferred.

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data processing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in data extraction, transformation, and integration activities.
• Good understanding of data structures, data quality, and data governance principles.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and generate business insights.
