Job Description

1) Xử lý Phản hồi và Khiếu nại của Khách hàng

  • Quản lý tất cả các yêu cầu, phản hồi và khiếu nại của khách hàng nhận được qua các kênh online của ALDO (Website, Fanpage, Zalo) và các kênh offline (cửa hàng) .
  • Phối hợp với đội ngũ Vận hành (DSM, SM, Ecom Sup, Online Sales Leader) để giải quyết các vấn đề của khách hàng kịp thời.

2) Theo dõi Đơn hàng và Quản lý Hoàn tiền

  • Theo dõi đơn hàng để giải đáp các câu hỏi của khách hàng về thời gian giao hàng, quản lý các trường hợp đổi trả, huỷ đơn, và thực hiện quy trình hoàn tiền theo đúng chính sách của công ty.

3) Phát triển Chính sách

  • Góp phần xây dựng các chính sách đổi/trả bằng cách nghiên cứu các tiêu chuẩn của ngành và hợp tác với các bộ phận khác.

4) Cải thiện Trải nghiệm Khách hàng

  • Tham gia vào các sáng kiến nội bộ nhằm nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng, bao gồm các hoạt động vận hành website mới và cải tiến quy trình.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học, ưu tiên ứng viên có bằng cấp liên quan đến Truyền thông hoặc Marketing.
  • Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Chăm sóc khách hàng, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành bán lẻ.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý vấn đề tốt, có tư duy hướng đến khách hàng.
  • Kỹ năng quản lý, xử lý dữ liệu tốt.
  • Khả năng làm việc hiệu quả dưới áp lực.
  • Khả năng làm việc nhóm và hợp tác tốt.
  • Quản lý thời gian và sắp xếp công việc hiệu quả.
