Data Literacy & Expertise:
● Build and manage data reporting solutions using one of the following BI solutions like Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
● Analyse complex distributed production deployments in Google Cloud Platform and share recommendations to optimize performance.
● Interpret and analyse large data sets using SQL and Python.
● Provide analytical assistance in designing, testing, evaluating, implementing, measuring, and monitoring projects.
● Ensure compliance with data management and data governance regulations and policies.
● Act as a regional data resource, supporting multiple markets and ensuring consistency in reporting standards, methodologies, and best practices across teams.
● Support the development of scalable data frameworks and automation processes that improve efficiency and data accessibility for regional stakeholders.
● Contribute to mentoring junior analysts or data specialists, helping to strengthen team capability and data literacy within the organization.
Project Management:
● Actively participate in competitive intelligence roadmap discussions and prioritize analysis requests.
● Create and deliver data outputs, customized reports, ad hoc analyses, and data visualizations to support new business pitches across the region.
● Assist in managing and prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining necessary process documents and procedures to ensure data accuracy.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and QA-focused approach to work.
● Support regional project coordination, ensuring timely delivery of analytical outputs across different markets and stakeholders.
● Work closely with senior leadership to translate business needs into data solutions and actionable insights.
● Help guide and review analytical outputs from team members, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
Networking:
● Build strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders across the region.
● Should actively participate in managing client requirements, maintaining SLAs & SOWs documentation, and team deliverables.
● One should be self-motivated to identify new business opportunities and look for opportunities to improve existing client relationships.
● Collaborate with regional teams to drive cross-market knowledge sharing, data innovation, and best practices in analytics and reporting.
● Act as a bridge between data, strategy, and client teams, ensuring insights are clearly communicated and effectively applied to business decisions.
