Role Overview
We are building a data-driven Growth function for Onelife – KingFoodMart, an e-commerce grocery app, and need someone who can work across the full campaign lifecycle — from setup and execution to performance tracking and insight synthesis. This role reports directly to the Growth Lead and sits at the intersection of execution, analytics, and strategy.
The role is open to final-year students or recent graduates (Intern track) and candidates with up to two years of full-time experience (Junior track).
Key Responsibilities
1.1 Campaign Execution
- Own the end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns and in-app communications: configure targeting conditions, QA content, and validate trigger logic prior to launch.
- Cross-check campaigns against monthly budget plans to ensure alignment on audience, spend, and messaging.
- Track and consolidate campaign performance (MAU, orders, conversion rate) on a regular cadence and surface key takeaways.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on spec and on schedule.
1.2 Data & Business Analysis
- Monitor core business metrics on a weekly and monthly basis; proactively flag anomalies and unusual trends.
- Assist in data cleaning and preparation for recurring business reports.
- Conduct competitive and market research as needed, including feature benchmarking and landscape mapping.
- Support the design and analysis of A/B tests to validate growth hypotheses.
1.3 Project & Strategy Support
- Contribute to assigned projects by conducting independent research, synthesising findings, and presenting structured recommendations.
- Prepare materials and presentations for internal reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Track progress across parallel initiatives and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
