1.Progress control and coordinate (30%)
- Plan, monitor the progress in accordance with the Project schedule.
- Communicating the project’s progress to team members.
- Update relevant client or team members on the project progress.
- Monitor project deliverables.
- Manage Project information flow.
- Receive and respond to any requirements, documents, and records from departments and other related units.
- Prepare Meeting Minutes related to the Project.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the Project.
2. Follow up the retail functions (30%)
- Follow up the integration with ERP system on product master, store master, category, inventory data issued.
- Working with payment gateways to integrate online payment methods into the e-commerce system.
- Following up the integration with point data and customer data. Synchronizing these two masters.
- Understanding the ERP System and its functions and features.
3.Support members (20%)
- Support members during system operation: Troubleshooting, manuals, record problems/system errors.
- Support EC department to operate the e-Commerce system.
- Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements.
4.Other duties (20%)
- Support other teams in managing IT department projects.
- Research, offer new IT solutions and techniques for upgrading, improving and simplifying current systems, day-to-day operations of stores and company.
- Propose solutions to reduce manual processes.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by IT Manager.
