The Head of HR acts as a Strategic Business Partner to the BOD, leading the entire human capital function to support the company’s rapid scaling. This role is responsible for building a high-performance culture, optimizing HR operations through technology, and ensuring the organization remains agile and competitive in a high-pressure market.
- Strategic HR Planning: Partner with the BOD to design and execute people strategies that align with business growth; provide consultancy on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Operational Excellence: Overhaul HR processes to increase efficiency; lead the digital transformation initiatives to optimize productivity across all departments.
- Performance & Talent Management: Develop and manage agile performance frameworks (KPIs) to drive productivity; lead talent acquisition for key leadership roles.
- Total Rewards Strategy: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures focused on performance incentives and long-term retention of top talent.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Cultivate a resilient and innovation-driven corporate culture that fosters high performance. Lead strategic employee experience initiatives and internal communications to sustain high morale and mental well-being within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all HR activities comply with Vietnam labour law and internal policies; manage HR budgets and headcount costs with a focus on ROI.
