JOB IN SUMMARY
This project aims to transform HR data from manual and fragmented formats into a centralized, standardized, and digital system. This project focuses on improving the accuracy, accessibility, and usability of HR data to support efficient operations, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making. By digitizing core HR data and processes, the project will enhance workforce management, reduce manual workload, minimize data inconsistencies, and strengthen data security.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect HR data from multiple sources (Excel, trackers, systems)
- Combine and consolidate data files into structured datasets
- Clean and validate data (duplicates, missing values, format standardization)
- Support HR dashboard development with the Digital team
- Prepare data tables for dashboards (headcount, attrition, recruitment, leave, OT, training)
- Support dashboard testing, data refresh, and issue tracking
- Maintain data documentation and version control
