Job Descriptions

Summary of the position: Maintain the operation of technology equipment and the company’s network systems.
• Monitoring and operating servers in the Server room:
- Monitor the operation of Lenovo physical servers, Windows Server, VMWare ESXI virtual servers, Linux virtual servers.
- Monitor the operations of the Genesys call center system, WDE calling software, and Pulse.
- Maintain the stability of servers in the server room.
- Assist in deploying and configuring services on servers when requested by the headquarters.
- Perform daily checks in the server room: power, network, air conditioning, The temperature and humidity of the room.
- Check and trap mice.
• Manage the CCTV system:
- Check and manage the company's internal cameras, include: Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Binh Dinh.
- Backup and archive recorded data in case of incidents.
• Manage the time attendance system:
- Manage the time attendance machines: Two areas in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Danang, Hai Phong.
• Maintain API connectivity operations:
- Collaborate with Điện Máy Xanh to support and maintain API operations between the Điện Máy Xanh Portal and the CRM system.
• Manage domains Hik-connect:
- Manage Hik-connect camera domains for Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Binh Dinh.
• Monitor and operate the network system:
- Manage the company's network systems: LAN, WIFI at Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang.
• End-user support:
- User support for troubleshooting issues related to computer and laptop hardware and software.
- Operating System installation (Windows, macOS).
- Support for data backup and recovery when computers/laptops encounter issues.
- Assisting users with problems related to OA, SAP Concur, Outlook, ARK, Genesys, and CRM accounts.
- Password resets and creation of new user accounts.
• Printer and photocopier support:
- Troubleshoot issues related to printers, ink, and paper jams.
- Coordinate with the supplier for ink replacement and routine maintenance weekly/monthly.
• Internal network implementation:
- Depending on the needs, complexity, and deployment scale, IT will provide support for network and telephone cable installation.
• Asset and technology equipment management:
- Asset management: computers, laptops, printers, peripheral network devices, WiFi network equipment, servers, firewalls, and other IT-managed devices.
• Analog PBX management:
- Monitor and operate the Analog telephone exchange.
• Procurement of equipment and management of contracts, maintenance:
- Regularly propose the procurement of technology equipment suitable for the company's needs.
- Manage internet, telephone, and telecommunications service package contracts.
- Coordinate with suppliers for post-sale equipment maintenance.
• Manage the SharePoint:
- Manage the SharePoint site: https://tclo365.sharepoint.com/sites/Vietnam
- Assign access permissions to users for authorized resources and data.
- Design interface, create document libraries and internal news pages (intranet).
- Optimize performance and ensure data security.
• Read reports / logs / instruction manuals:
• Zalo OA Administration:
- Send internal notifications about issues on Zalo OA.
- Report issues arising during the use of Zalo OA.
- Manage customer care scripts.
- Adjust customer care scripts upon department requests.
- Update business information if there are changes (if any).
• Work overtime, On-call duty (for emergencies, urgent requests).

Job Requirement

- Education: Graduated from college/university – Information Technology (Majors: Computer
Networks, Computer Science, or related fields)
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar position such as IT Helpdesk, Infrastructure,
IT System in an Enterprise IT environment.
- Solid experience in System Administration, Linux, and Windows.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding certifications such as MCSA (Microsoft
Certified Solutions Associate), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco
Certified Network Professional), MCSE or Linux.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting IT equipment for end users (both software and

hardware), including desktop computers, laptops, IP/Analog phones, printers, network
devices, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, etc.
- Solid foundational knowledge of:
  • Deployment and operation of physical and virtual servers.
  • Internal network systems (LAN), VPN.
  • Enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of information security and system security.
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, recognize potential risks, and proactively
coordinate with relevant technical teams for resolution and prevention.
- Experience in implementing at least one or multiple personal or enterprise projects (able to
present or provide evidence if required).
- Experience in monitoring and operating IT systems.
- Experience in deploying and managing VoIP / Analog PBX systems.
- Experience in supporting the deployment and operation of enterprise systems such as
Microsoft 365, ERP, Dynamics 365, and internal applications.
- Ability to use Postman and related tools for basic API testing.
- Experience in deploying and operating CCTV monitoring systems.
- Skills in operating system installation, data backup, and data recovery for PCs, laptops, and macOS devices.
- Perform IT asset and equipment management (IT Asset Management).
