🌟 Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and optimize our IT ecosystem, ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing systems across both factory and office environments.
In this role, you will oversee and enhance critical platforms including:
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (transitioning to D365)
- Microsoft 365 & Power Platform
- Cadena & contract management systems
- IT operations for ~200–300 users
You will play a key role in driving IT reliability, cybersecurity, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
🚀 What You Will Do :
1. Infrastructure & Operations
- Manage network, servers, endpoints, and IT systems
- Ensure system availability (factory + office)
- Lead IT helpdesk and user support
2. Cybersecurity & Governance
- Implement cybersecurity policies and controls
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and access control
- Handle IT risks, incidents, and audit compliance
3. Vendor & Project Management
- Manage IT vendors and service contracts
- Lead infrastructure upgrades and IT projects
- Support digitalization (Power Platform, automation)
4. Policy & Asset Management
- Maintain IT policies, documentation, and SOPs
- Manage IT assets and licensing compliance
