IT NETWORK SENIOR SUPERVISOR (INFRASTRUCTURE)

1. Infrastructure and Administration Support

• Provide installation, configuration and admin work on server side include Windows servers, Anti-virus, Desktop Management server...etc. to ensure compliance to company requirement. 
• Provide admin work on server, network LAN / WAN including router, network switch, wireless network, firewall security …. etc.
• Oversee system implementation on infrastructure design and deployment
• Manage and ensure network and server under good and health condition
• Stay abreast on new IT technology, perform R&D as assigned

2. Risk Management, Governance & Control

• Responsible to prepare standard guidelines, manuals, script related IT documentations on infrastructure & architecture 
• Conform the IT compliance to safeguard the environment according company policy and operation guideline.

3. Ad-hot Project Support

• Provide infrastructure support according project implementation as assigned by supervisors
• Provide R&D on IT new technology as assigned by supervisors
• Provide on-site health check or support to PRC and Oversea according IT guideline and standard
• Ensure data and network security.

*** Technical knowledge:

1. Server

• Hand on experience wide infrastructure products on Microsoft platform AD / DNS / Exchange / SQL 
• Hand on experience on Linux, Docker (preferrable)

       2. Network

• Experience working with network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP
• Knowledge of wired and wireless architecture, design and implementation with sold experience on Cisco / Ruckus 
• Experience on VoIP and PBX 

       3. Security

• Experience security configuration in firewall, endpoint, server.
• Principles of security mindset and sense of cybersecurity risk

1. Education: University or college degree, major: Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field;

2. Experience: Over 5 years of experience in infrastructure & network position, prefer relevant experience in manufaturing;

3. Language: Able to use English at work (Chinese is a plus);

4. Skills: Good at communication - able to express opinions clearly and use data to describe needs, result-oriented, collaboration;
