IT Support (40%)
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Providing technical support across the company
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Setup new PC, Laptop & software license policy in SEHC
- Troubleshoot system devices problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
IT Asset/Investment Management (30%)
- Handle Asset management for IT device
- Provide forecast, report of IT device, IT investment and scales to Line managers and higher level (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually)
Other IT support tasks (30%):
- Troubleshoot PC/OA issue for normal staffs
- Training other members about related job, technical skills, IT security, IT policy.
- Work on other tasks assigned by managers
- Manage IT Security Policy with Head Quarter/Regional Head Quarter
- Work on other tasks assigned by managers
