· Provide daily HelpDesk support for end users (PC, laptop, printer, software, email, network)
· Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and business applications
· Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
· Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
· Support network infrastructure, including network cabling, switches and wireless access points
· Support production-related IT equipment (barcode scanner, label printer and production terminals)
· Maintain IT inventory and asset records
· Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and maintenance
· Ensure IT equipment and network cabling are properly organized according to company standard
· Follow IT policies, security standards and documentation procedures
