[Junior/Mid-Level/Senior] System Engineer – Cloud & Operations (AWS / Windows) - US shift (WFH)

About the role

• Join our RUN team to operate and support production environments for international customers. You will work closely with infrastructure and technical teams to ensure system stability across Cloud and On-Prem environments
  

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain production infrastructure
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure service availability
• Support Cloud and On-Prem environments
• Perform patching, backup, monitoring and system administration tasks
• Contribute to automation and operational improvements
  

Technologies you will work with

• Cloud: AWS
• System: Windows Server, VMware / Hyper-V, Physical Servers
• Database: MSSQL, MySQL (basic)
• Monitoring: Centreon
• Backup: Veeam, Simpana
• Automation: PowerShell, Git (Terraform is a plus)
• Storage: SAN / vSan
  

What we’re looking for

• Experience in infrastructure operation or system administration
• Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services
• Experience in Windows/Linux administration, troubleshooting, and patch management
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)
• Good troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn
• Good verbal and written English communication skills to work with international teams

• AWS Certification
• Terraform / CloudFormation
  

Working arrangement

• US Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Shift allowance provided
