[B] AI / LLM INTEGRATION

[C] AUTOMATION & GOVERNANCE

- Tự động hoá các tác vụ thủ công để tiết kiệm thời gian; đề xuất hướng phát triển AI/data mang lại lợi ích rõ ràng.

Automate manual tasks to save time; propose AI/data initiatives that deliver clear business value.

- Đảm bảo các hệ thống AI bảo mật và tuân thủ; chọn hạ tầng phù hợp với yêu cầu bảo vệ dữ liệu.

- Có kinh nghiệm 2–3 năm ở vị trí Data Engineer, ML Engineer hoặc tương đương

Experience: 2–3 years as a Data Engineer, ML Engineer, or equivalent

-  Bằng cấp: Đại học trở lên— CNTT, Khoa học Máy tính, Trí tuệ Nhân tạo, Khoa học Dữ liệu hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan có nền tảng Toán học/Thống kê vững chắc

Degree: University or above — IT, AI, Data Science, or related field with strong Math/Statistics background

BẮT BUỘC / MANDATORY

- T-SQL (cốt lõi): thành thạo query phức tạp, stored procedure, view, trigger, index, CTE, window function; tối ưu hiệu năng và thiết kế schema; đọc hiểu và tái cấu trúc hệ thống dữ liệu cũ.

T-SQL (core): strong command of complex queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, indexes, CTEs, window functions; performance tuning and schema design; ability to read and refactor legacy data systems.

- Tư duy dữ liệu & AI: đọc hiểu và phân tích dữ liệu; nắm cơ bản về LLM / Generative AI và cách gọi API hoặc chạy mô hình nội bộ; biết kỹ thuật quản lý ngữ cảnh (context engineering): tổ chức và tối ưu context window, ghép nối dữ liệu truy xuất (retrieval grounding), chunking và quản lý bộ nhớ cho AI Agent.

Data & AI literacy: read and analyse data; working knowledge of LLM / Generative AI and how to call APIs or run on-premise models; context engineering — managing and optimising the context window, retrieval grounding, chunking, and memory management for AI agents.

- Python 3.x & Git: viết ETL pipeline, automation script, xử lý và làm sạch dữ liệu độc lập; sử dụng Git cơ bản.

Python 3.x & Git: build ETL pipelines, automation scripts, process and clean data independently; basic Git.

ƯU TIÊN / PREFERRED (tie-breaker)

- RAG/LLM/vector DB (FAISS, Chroma, Qdrant); Ollama, LangChain hoặc LlamaIndex; message queue / event-driven (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus hoặc Redis Streams) cho tích hợp dữ liệu bất đồng bộ; n8n automation; Power BI; kinh nghiệm lĩnh vực bảo hiểm/tài chính.

RAG/LLM/vector DB (FAISS, Chroma, Qdrant); Ollama, LangChain or LlamaIndex; message queue / event-driven integration (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus or Redis Streams) for asynchronous data flows; n8n automation; Power BI; insurance or financial services domain experience.
