Lập trình viên Full Stack/ Full Stack Developer

About the Role 

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys building scalable, modern digital solutions from front to back. You will work on business‑critical applications, collaborate closely with product owners and fellow developers, and help translate real‑world challenges into robust software solutions.

You will be involved throughout the full lifecycle: from idea and architecture to development, deployment, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do 

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack web applications
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Develop modern, responsive frontends using Vue.js
• Design and optimise SQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine requirements
• Write clean, maintainable and well‑tested code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
• Help improve development standards, tooling and CI/CD pipeline

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript
• Hands‑on experience with Vue.js
• Good understanding of SQL databases and data modeling
• Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous systems
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical colleagues
• Working proficiency with the English language for communication

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and containerized applications
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or similar)
• Basic understanding of security and performance best practices
• Basic understanding of software compliances and standards (e.g. ISO 27001)
