Working time: Monday to Friday
What You’ll Own & Drive
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco and Mikrotik routers/switches, including policy-based routing.
- Manage and secure core network services (DHCP, DNS, VPN, FTP) ensuring stability and high availability.
- Monitor and optimize network performance using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Provide end-user support for connectivity, access, and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi environments.
- Implement and enforce network security policies and compliance standards.
- Support and maintain hardware infrastructure (switches, routers, servers) and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and document configurations, incidents, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system resilience and user experience.
