Job Description

  • Hướng dẫn triển khai phần mềm cho khách hàng.
  • Tư vấn, hỗ trợ cho khách hàng về kỹ thuât và tính năng của sản phẩm.
  • Kiểm tra xác nhận lỗi, báo cáo và tìm hướng xử lý.
  • Giải quyết các khiếu nại, thắc mắc của khách hàng về dịch vụ kỹ thuật.
  • Ghi nhận ý kiến đóng góp của khách hàng.
  • Hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác về mặt kỹ thuật.
  • Theo dõi và chăm sóc khách hàng trong quá trình sử dụng sản phẩm.
  • Tổng kết và làm báo cáo các số liệu liên quan đến công việc.
  • Nhận nhiệm vụ theo yêu cầu của cấp trên

Job Requirement

  • Có kiến thức về phần mềm
  • Tiếng anh giao tiếp tốt
  • Khả năng giao tiếp tốt: dễ hiểu, lưu loát, trôi chảy, tự tin, không nói ngọng, nói lắp, không mang âm hưởng địa phương.
  • Tư duy sáng tạo, thường xuyên nắm bắt xu hướng xã hội, tâm lý khách hàng.
  • Chịu khó, có thể tăng ca khi cần

  • Thời gian làm việc: thứ 2 - thứ 6

    + Ca 1: 09h00 PM đến 04h00 AM

    + Ca 2: 00h00 AM đến 07h00 AM

  •  Nhân viên được đóng đầy đủ bảo hiểm xã hội theo quy định .

  • Lương từ 10 triệu + KPI

  • Tài trợ các khóa học ngắn và dài hạn để bổ sung kỹ năng.

  • Cơ hội làm việc trong môi trường khoa học, tham gia các hoạt động thể dục thể thao rèn luyện sức khỏe.
