Job Descriptions

Hỗ trợ người dùng máy tính, thiết bị, phần mềm /Daily IT support to all end-users.
Chẩn đoán, xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật liên quan đến hệ thống và mạng /Diagnose, trouble-shoot, and fix system and network problems.
Lắp đăt, vận hành và duy trì hệ thống hạ tầng IT /Assisting in IT infrastructure building and maintenance.
Quản lý tài sản thiết bị phần cứng và phần mềm tại nhà máy Việt Nam /Vietnam factory computer hardware and software fixed asset management.
Đảm bảo việc xây dựng, cập nhật và duy trì đầy đủ các tài liệu bằng văn bản, bao gồm tài liệu ban hành, hướng dẫn sử dụng, thỏa thuận bản quyền phần mềm và tài liệu ghi nhận thay đổi và cập nhật hệ thống /Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documents, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and document of modification and update.
Kiểm tra định kỳ tình trạng hoạt động của phòng server và thiết bị mạng /Regular IT room server and network equipment health check.

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin hoặc liên quan /Diploma in computer information technology or equivalent.
Có 02 năm kinh nghiệm về hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và quản trị hệ thống trên nền tảng Windows / Azure /At least 2 years of experience in technical support and administration for Windows platform/Azure
Knowledge of TCP/IP, Switch and Router (Layer 2 & 3), policy-based routing, network segmentation, network performance monitoring & diagnosis.
Có kiến thức cơ bản về mạng TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching / Firewall
Có kinh nghiệm triển khai Firewall Fortinet, Switch Cisco và hệ thống mạng không dây /Experience working with Fortinet Firewall / Cisco switches and wireless.
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Trung cơ bản /Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese.
Khả năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề và học hỏi /Good analytical, problem-solving and able to learn; communication skills
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có tinh thần làm việc nhóm và chịu áp lực tốt /Good communication skills, team player and able to work under pressure
