• Engineering Systems - PLM (80%)

To leverage PRC Engineering Systems teams for general platform supports: Teamcenter, TeamWorks & Prodea, Oracle & K2 Engineering systems

1. User helpdesk
2. User pain points or requirements gathering
3. Usage monitoring and reporting
4. Performance benchmarking & platform validation tests
5. Best practice deployment
6. Assistant to business analysis
7. User training and communication
8. Platform / Data maintenance
9. Assistant to continues improvement

• Engineering Systems – NPD Support (20%)

To leverage PRC Engineering Systems teams for project-based supporting activities in the platforms Teamcenter, TeamWorks & Prodea, Oracle & K2 Engineering systems

1. Data Entry
2. Engineering information check and goalkeeping in the platforms
3. Assistant to Engineering executions in the platforms
4. Assistant to Engineering documentations in the platforms

• Bachelor's degree
• Below majors are all accepted: IT, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automations
• 1 year or above of experience in any below responsibilities of working with an enterprise level digital platform: User helpdesk, System Administrator, System Trainer, Business Analyst, Process Improvement, Architect Designer.
• (Preferred): exposure to the usage of any MCAD or ECAD tools
• Fresh graduates with strong motivation to learn are also encouraged to apply
• Ability to use MS office suite for data analysis and report
• Strong Analytical skills
• (Preferred): master in Excel or Power BI
• Mastery of English language; speaking Mandarin is a plus
