- Training Delivery: Deliver the product training to sales, marketing, customer service team and related people ensuring sufficient & up to date information.
- Content Development: Create and update training materials, including user manuals, presentations, quick-reference guides, and videos.
- Needs Analysis: Evaluate learner skill levels to identify knowledge gaps and define training requirements. Manage and analyse the monthly and quarterly product sales report for Business Head. Analyse the customer needs and market trend to identify the product plan that match business requirement and generate the sale opportunity.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of the Company’s product line and industry trends.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and surveys, making continuous improvements to content.
- Other assigned task from Line Manager.
