What you’ll do

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases before product launches. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with internal teams (Engineering/Product) to understand clients’ requirements and product features, to ensure rigorous tests.
• Execute manual testing in a structured, reproducible way
• Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of SQL and APIs
• Working knowledge with AI tools
• Experience in AI testing is a plus
• Experience in mobile testing is a plus
• Ability to communicate in English is a plus
• Attention to details
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus.
