Job Descriptions

  • Define, lead, and execute the company’s overall sales and business development strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through new market penetration, strategic accounts, and key project acquisition.

  • Own and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, opportunity management, and project tracking to ensure visibility and control.

  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a performance-driven and accountable culture.

  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with key clients, partners, consultants, and contractors.

  • Position and communicate the company’s competitive advantages across IT & ELV solutions.

  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and project teams to ensure seamless execution from pre-sales to delivery.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Ensure disciplined sales governance, performance reporting, and operational excellence.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the General Director on market expansion and business growth initiatives.

Job Requirement

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, ELV, or related disciplines; MBA is a strong advantage.

  • Minimum 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience, ideally within IT infrastructure, networking, ELV, or system integration sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in winning and managing large-scale projects and strategic accounts.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

  • Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams.

  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Resilient, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
