Job Descriptions

Sales Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage (F&B), café operations, or industrial manufacturing areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations, proposals, and assist the Department Manager in negotiations with clients.
  • Prepare proposals, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, product demos, and industry events.
  • Contribute to branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare professional sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint using company approved branding.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, pricing models, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation, communication, and analysis.
  • Provide regular performance and activity reports to management.

Job Requirement

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Background in F&B, café operations & hospitality is required. Experience in industrial manufacturing is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. English language skills are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Comfortable preparing reports, sales forecasts, and presentations.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Service Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field is preferred.
