Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage (F&B), café operations, or industrial manufacturing areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, proposals, and assist the Department Manager in negotiations with clients.
- Prepare proposals, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, product demos, and industry events.
- Contribute to branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare professional sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint using company approved branding.
- Maintain accurate sales data, pricing models, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation, communication, and analysis.
- Provide regular performance and activity reports to management.
