Senior Network Engineer (Dau Giay, Đồng Nai - Free Shuttle Bus)

• IT Network scopes: handle advanced domain projects/operations independently without supervision, have good technical skills to solve business problems, and have good communication skills.
• Design, implement, support, and troubleshoot any network infrastructure matter, including wired/wireless/IT/OT/CCTV/Cabling/Computer/Hub rooms facilities.
• Responsible for a timely expansion of the IT Infrastructure as required by the Company´s construction and operations project plan.
• Manage the information or documents, including layout, installation, configuration, maintenance, and recovery of
• IT/network/communication equipment during construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Maintain CMDB, inventory control, and asset control for all devices.
• Perform periodic network assessments and network/systems security audits.
• Manage technical vendors, contractors, and Infrastructure consultants. Plan and implement service SLAs for IT Infrastructure.
• Process and handle the ticket & service request timely, which escalates from the entry-level and support team.
• Manage critical projects, including the cost, time, and communication.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• VLAN 802.11Q, VXLAN, STP, MSTP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DMVPN, ADVPN, GTM, MPLS, SDWAN, LTM. Routers, Switches, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, 802.11 AX/G, Wi-Fi controller, routing redistribution. 802.1X, LDAP, NAC, SDN.
• CCTV, Cabling system, UPS, FM200, Computer room cooling.
• Visio/Draw.io… for network diagrams.
• Strong sense of responsibility, continuous improvement, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
• Having a customer service mindset.
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technology.
• Fluent in English.
