Scope Opportunity: This position is under Business Management & Transformation Center, one of the key centers of FECredit which mainly impact to business as well, this vacant is to manage and support delivering transformation projects or initiatives in order to support sales to meet target assigned.
- Project planning
Coordinate with related stakeholders to define project scope and expected deliverables.
Define project scope and out scope for successful completion.
Determine project goals and success criteria which will be evaluated at its completion.
- Project implementation
Conduct requirements analysis and document requirements according business requests.
Prepare project documents according to project framework.
Execute the project according to the project plan.
Monitor project progress and make adjustment to ensure the completion of the project and escalate any issues impacting projects.
Review and evaluate quality of work with project team to meet project standard.
Monitor and evaluate the testing phase according to the project requirement document.
- Project management
Prepare project reports for management and related stakeholders.
Communicate with project sponsor and stakeholders for project’s progress.
Monitor the approved budget for project expenditures.
- Project evaluation
Ensure the project is delivered on time and within the approved budget.
Support to evaluate the outcome of the project as established during the planning phase.
