Senior System & Network Engineer

Working time: Monday to Friday

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring stability and high availability.
• Provide end-user support for connectivity, access, and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi.
• Manage and secure network services (DHCP, DNS, FTP, VPN).
• Implement and enforce network security policies and compliance standards.
• Support hardware infrastructure (switches, routers, servers) and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Document network configurations, incidents, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve system resilience and user experience.

• 5+ years of experience in system and network engineering, with hands-on expertise in Cisco and Mikrotik router/switches, policy-based routing.
• Experienced with on-premises Zimbra email solution, Proxmox Virtual Environment, True NAS/ZFS storage.
• Experience supporting end-users in a 24/7 IT service environment.
• Familiarity with storage systems (SAN, NAS) and backup solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and communicate solutions clearly.
• Intermediate English communication skills (B1 level or higher).
