This role's responsibility is to develop software based on system design and user requirements, ensuring assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role involves supporting .NET/Front-end development, participating in workflow automation (RPA), and collaborating with team members to enhance company productivity and operational efficiency.
- Application Development: Develop, enhance, and maintain web/desktop application features (focusing on C#/.NET and Front-end) based on user requirements under guidance from senior team members.
- Automation & RPA: Participate in the development, maintenance, and support of RPA/automation workflows (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- System Support & Training: Support user training for new or enhanced software systems, including ERP modules and automation solutions; assist in implementing system changes.
- Project Collaboration: Follow assigned schedules, complete tasks within agreed timelines, and report progress or technical issues to senior team members and leaders.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in analyzing existing systems, applications, and automated processes to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Compliance: Understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and IT development standards in daily work activities.
- Perform other assigned duties and special projects as requested by the IT Leader or Assistant Manager.
