We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring activities for IT and business positions.
This role is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates via job portals, social networks, and personal networks
- Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screening (if required)
- Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal HR/recruitment team on hiring needs
- Arrange interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
