[Tân Phú, HCM] IT Intern

Support daily IT operations by assisting in device management, user support, and basic system administration to ensure stable and efficient IT services.

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)

• Assist in supporting PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Help troubleshoot basic IT issues for end-users under supervision
• Support IT team in installing software, setting up devices, and user accounts
• Assist in managing IT inventory and asset tracking
• Support documentation of IT processes and user guidelines
• Follow company IT and security policies
• Support small IT tasks/projects assigned by IT Manager
• Provide basic guidance to users when needed

All tasks are performed under guidance of senior IT staff

Working time: fulltime 8:00 - 17:00 mon to fri

Allowance: 200.000 vnd/day

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major):  Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT / Computer Science / related fields can working fulltime.

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills)  Good English communication skills– able to support users via call/email/chat

Khác (Others)

-  Basic understanding of:

• Windows OS
• Networking fundamentals
• Microsoft Office / M365

-  Strong willingness to learn, careful, and responsible

-  Good problem-solving mindset and teamwork
-  Candidates with basic knowledge or exposure to the following systems will be preferred:  Windows Server Hybrid, Azure, CCNA, VMware, M365, Power flatform,…
