Job Description

  • Support maintenance and management of network infrastructure, servers, and SAP system.
  • Ensure stable operation of IT systems and equipment at main office and branches (HCM and Hanoi)
  • Install software and tools on the server, troubleshoot computer system and hardware security issues, and manage IT equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for purchases, warranties, and inspections.
  • Work with IT outsources and Japanese Headquarter

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of working experience as IT admin/helpdesk
  • Having knowledge and experience of SAP
  • English: Intermediate or above (communicate with Japanese Manager and Headquarters)
  • Acceptance of business trips
