- Provide technical support and customer care to mostly owners of nail salons, restaurants, hair salons, garages, milk tea shops, and fast food establishments across the US and Canada.
- Work on computers (offline, online, remote) and company equipment such as card terminals and POS systems.
- Conducted product setup, training, and demonstrations and resolved incidents and issues related to the company’s equipment and services.
Working Hours:
- Shift 1: 08 PM – 04 AM
- Shift 2: 04 AM – 12 PM
- 5.5 days per week
