We are looking for a Technical Support (TS) Engineer to work with Chinese customers using Koh Young’s 3D inspection systems (SPI, AOI).
You will communicate directly with customers and support system installation, troubleshooting, and training — with assistance from our internal engineering team.
Key tasks include:
- Coordinating installation and system setup at customer sites (hardware/software)
- Assisting with production tests and reporting results
- Supporting user training (operation, programming, and maintenance)
- Helping identify and solve issues during production
- Logging technical issues and working with HQ for solutions
- Occasionally joining business trips for urgent customer support
