- Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki network devices, including configuration, monitoring and maintenance via Meraki Dashboard, in compliance with VTC internal security policies.
- Strong knowledge about network devices: routing, switching and site-to-site VPN configuration and support, based on approved network design and internal security policies.
- Strong knowledge about network services: DHCP, SNMP, SMTP, POP3, NAT, VPN, DNS…
- Rack server & network, server room: design and build.
- Mail server, Web server: management and administration.
- Data store system, NAS backup: management backup schedule.
- System virtualization: setup and management based on VMware technology, including virtual machine creation, configuration, snapshot, backup and recovery operations.
- Network security firewall: configuration & management firewall Fortinet for VTC.
- Antivirus management: deploy & configuration anti-virus software.
- VPN system for VTC: maintenance, monitor connection status.
- Prepare periodic reports on IT system operations, including network, servers and end-user devices, with recommendations for improvement and risk prevention.
- Plan and manage periodic maintenance schedules for end-user devices (PCs, POS), including hardware and software maintenance, to ensure stable operation and minimize service disruption.
