Cadena is looking for a talented Business Analyst to support the development of our HRIS products. The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between our development team and customer’s business functions to analyze complex business problems and provide technical solutions that meet user requirements
Day-to-day you will:
- Requirement Gathering: Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings with both domestic and international clients to elicit business requirements.
- Client Communication: Maintain daily communication through various channels to clarify user stories and manage client expectations effectively.
- Solution Analysis: Analyze business needs, assess technical feasibility, and propose optimal solutions to satisfy project goals.
- Documentation: Translate business requirements into standardized technical documents, including BRD, SRS, and detailed User Stories.
- Project Support: Collaborate closely with the development team throughout the project lifecycle to explain requirements and resolve queries.
- Participate in peer reviews of other Business Analyst’s work product.
