KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and be responsible for delivering quality and timing of all the reports & analyses for Collections
- Work on implement allocation list of contracts to staff so they can perform collection task as required
- Build and manage productivity, performance reports and relatedinformation of collection staff
- Calculate collection bonus for staff, team leader, and other positions following the approved policy
- Provide result of KPI Master as HR Management Division requests
- Ensure Business Glossary & Data Dictionary synchronizing on time and inform the gap when it is available
- Implement reports as requests from Collections Division by following new management and changes process
- Build working plans, classify tasks due to their priority, review, track individual tasks
- Support business users in requests related to access and using BIC system
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Head of Business Intelligence Department - Collections
