About the Role
We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Operations Analytics team at a financial services company. You'll support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, data marts, and dashboards that drive performance tracking and reporting across a broad range of operational functions — including customer service, repayment, disbursement, loan management, and reconciliation, among others.
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize SQL queries against Oracle and StarRocks data warehouses
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards (call performance, agent performance, ticket complaints, loan disbursals, ETL monitoring)
- Assist in designing and refining data marts and dimensional models for operations
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and data extracts to support operational decision-making
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between source systems and reporting outputs
- Monitor pipeline health and troubleshoot data quality issues
- Document data definitions, pipeline logic, and dashboard specifications for team reference
- Collaborate with the team on data pipeline design and version control
