Role Overview
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be the vital link between our customers and internal teams. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their requirements, run workshops, lead user training, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Internally, you’ll contribute to shaping product features, streamlining business processes, and helping us deliver maximum value through SimpleMDG.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and discovery workshops with customers.
- Analyze customer pain points and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Conduct user training and onboarding sessions.
- Support UAT planning, coordination, and issue resolution.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers during implementation phases.
Product & Delivery Support:
- Write and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the Product Development Team to clarify requirements and prioritize enhancements.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure test coverage aligns with business expectations.
- Identify areas of improvement in product usability and recommend enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Act as an advanced support agent to assist the Customer Support team in resolving escalated technical issues.
Internal Process Improvement:
- Help design and optimize internal business processes related to project delivery and support.
- Contribute to improving delivery templates, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing.
- Support internal initiatives for better cross-functional collaboration.
