1. Job Purpose
- To support and optimize business systems including ERP, MES, BI, and digital transformation tools by bridging operational needs with technology solutions, improving business processes, user adoption, and data accuracy across the organization.
2. Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Discovery
- Observe and analyze factory operations to understand current business processes (“As-Is”)
- Gather user requirements, identify pain points, and propose practical system improvements
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), workflows, SOPs, and process flowcharts
- Collaborate with departments to standardize and optimize business processes
Systems Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide L1–L2 support for WFX ERP and integrated MES/BI systems
- Investigate system issues, track bugs, and coordinate with vendors for resolution
- Monitor ticket lifecycle and ensure timely issue follow-up within SLA
Testing & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare test cases and execute UAT for new system features and enhancements
- Track defects, validate fixes, and support deployment activities
- Ensure production readiness before system go-live
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain system documentation including SOPs, user guides, quick reference materials, and process documents
- Ensure proper audit trails for system changes, user permissions, and process updates
Training & User Adoption
- Conduct onboarding training for new users and refresher training for existing employees
- Support users in adopting ERP and digital systems effectively
- Monitor adoption rates and reduce manual/Excel-based workarounds
Project Coordination & Digital Transformation
- Support ERP/MES/BI implementation and enhancement projects
- Coordinate cross-functional activities during system rollouts and upgrades
- Participate in automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives within the company
Other Duties
- Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager
