The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the entire project development process. This includes coordinating resources and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality commitments. The Project Manager also tracks project performance through key metrics such as Effort Efficiency, Busy Rate, Timeliness, Leakage, Correction Cost, and Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Project Portfolio Management & Oversight
- Assist in building and deploying basic AI/ML models using widely used frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and standardized templates.
- Prepare and present periodic/ad-hoc project status reports to senior management.
- Coordinate long-term resource planning, manage team capacity, and balance workloads across authorized projects/services.
Contract & Financial Settlement Management
- Collaborate with the Account Manager during pre-contract stages: customer consultation, reviewing timelines, scope, and acceptance terms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ensuring contract compliance post-signing.
- Responsible for documentation, reconciliation, and overseeing the payment and settlement process of projects.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the communication link between internal project teams, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Work closely with related departments to address issues arising during project execution.
- Manage client relationships and satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle, including complaint resolution, service improvement, and contract renewal.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify, log, and monitor project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with project teams and leadership to develop effective mitigation and resolution plans.
- Implement ITSM (IT Service Management) tools and processes, and service risk management in accordance with international standards such as (ITIL, COBIT).
