IT Executive

(This position will work for VFS Global)

• Delivering ICT services:
  • Be responsible for maintaining and monitoring a computer, including its hardware, software, and networks for the safety and maximum access to the user and fixes its problems promptly as well.
  • Be responsible for updating and monitoring IT inventory including software and hardware
  • Prepare IT facilities for newcomers in advance based on the newcomer process
  • Classify, prioritize and follow up requests of end-users to provide IT service effectively and professionally
  • Be responsible for monitoring and maintaining facilities such as Wifi system, CCTV, Fax, Telephone, PBX, Printers to work stable
• Participating in administrating the Network and System:
  • Involve the ICT Infrastructure projects due to assignments by line leaders
  • Administrate and maintain the network and system on delegated duties
• Responsible for managing/exchanging with ICT SPOC/VFS/IT BP of ITL regarding information related to setting up operating systems at VFS.
• Exchange and receive information from VFS with VAC management when there are new requests or new projects.
• Responsible for Managing/guiding/communicating with the IT BP team supporting VFS HAN to ensure compliance with VFS requirements for new projects & daily operations professionally.
• Responsible for reporting to VFS when receiving new requests related to Infra/ technology before confirming with VFS.
• Must consult with IT Team and ICT Infrastructure Manager at Holding for professional advice.

• Graduate or equivalent degree
• Ability to communicate in English
• Proficiency in MS office & good typing speed
• A fast learner, ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure
• At least 2 years’ experience in IT technical role.
• Knowledge about software Installation and troubleshooting. (Desktop/laptops/printers).
• Able to work independently.
• Have knowledge and experience on Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL.
• Knowledge about the firewalls and antivirus protection systems.
• Have knowledge about IT security frameworks and standards.
• Having experience in administrating and supporting Email Office 365.
